Returns

Returns must be received back by us within 30 business days. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

Must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.

Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Used, opened, or tampered products

Items returned outside the eligible timeframe

Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@solarispure.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Process:

Email info@solarispure.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the product is incorrect or faulty).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

Check around your property and with neighbors

Contact the courier using your tracking number

If unresolved, email us and we will assist with a courier investigation


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

Check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be processed.
