30-Day Return Window

You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Refund Terms

Change of Mind Returns:

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, we're happy to accept returns of unused, unopened products. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing fees and handling costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll provide a full refund with no restocking fee, including:

• Full product cost
• Original shipping fees
• Return shipping costs (we'll provide a prepaid label)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all seals intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened haircare products unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@solarispure.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and confirm the refund amount based on the return reason.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
