1. Return Window

• You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Sale or promotional items are not returnable, unless faulty or damaged.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• In such cases, Solaris Pure will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
